A. Application for New Service Connection

Schedule of Availability of Service

Monday to Friday, except holidays (8 AM to 5 PM, no noon break)

Who may avail of the service?

Any person within the area of responsibility of Polanco Water District without an existing service connection

What are the Requirements?

  1. Proof of ownership of land, which can be any of the following:
    • Land title (photocopy)
    • Building permit (photocopy)
    • Certificate of residency from barangay
    • Electric bill
    • Deed of sale (photocopy)
    • Photocopy of 1 Valid ID or recent Community Tax Certificate
    • Lease of Contract Agreement (photocopy)
  2. Installation fee (PHP4,000)

Typical Duration:

  • For installation: Maximum of 2 days, provided the applicant already has in-house piping
  • For application: 10 minutes

B. Application for Transfer of Service Connection

What are the Requirements?

  1. Proof of ownership of land, which can be any of the following:

Any person or representative who wishes to pay for goods and services rendered or about to be rendered

What are the Requirements?

Any one of the following:

  • Billing Notice
  • Statement of Account
  • Account Number
  • Complete Account Name
  • Application Form

Typical Duration: 2 minutes per payor

Name of account holder or account number

For disconnection: Maximum of 2 working days

  • Reconnection – next day
